The fashion designer sang with her friends at her birthday party to the Stevie Wonder song "Signed, Sealed, Delivered."

Vera Wang knows how to celebrate her birthday in style!

Looking utterly youthful at her 73rd birthday party, the fashion designer shared a series of Instagram posts Wednesday night describing how she's having fun.

In the first post, Wang - wearing a stunning pink-pink two-piece with a floor-length skirt with a center slit revealing a pair of matching shorts - holds a bottle of her new "Rosé Prosecco" from her Vera Wang. Party wine line, complementing her glamorous vision with a gorgeous tiara for a momentous occasion.

The second post featured an almost edible silver-tiered cake decorated with pink roses, with the initials Wang printed in black on the top of the cake, and included a video of a famous wedding dress designer featuring "Signed, Sealed." Although Wang gave fans a glimpse of his big night, the fashion icon's actual birthday falls on June 27. Last month, Mattel honored Wang by creating its doll, Vera Wang Barbie, as part of the brand's Tribute series, which the toy company launched last year.

Wang told the news that he was "absolutely blown away" when asked to collaborate.

"While it has been an honor for me to have created so many visions of Barbie over the years, from weddings to the red carpet, Barbie in my likeness is something I could never have imagined," she said.
