Eagle-Barrett is a rare disorder characterized by the partial or complete cut of the stomach muscles, defeat of both testes to descend into the scrotum and urinary tract malformations. 

The urinary malformation may include abnormal widening of the tubes that bring urine to the bladder, accumulation of urine in the ureters, and the kidneys and backflow of urine from the bladder into the ureters.

Complications associated with Prune-Belly syndrome may include underdevelopment of the lungs and chronic renal failure. The exact cause of Pure-belly syndrome is not known.
