company, is all set to launch a Gujarati news channel to be called Praveg TV with an objective to
introduce the Gujarati news genre with high-quality and cutting-edge content.
The Company has already initiated the license application process with the Ministry of Information and
Broadcasting in order to accelerate the launch of Praveg TV in the form of a satellite news channel in the
foreseeable future.
Praveg TV will soon be launched with a brand positioning of ‘Have Samachar Jova Gamshe’, roughly
translating to ‘Now the news will be worth watching’ to cut the clutter of the Gujarati news genre. The
Channel will be delivering content in an engaging and interactive way that can find resonance with the
viewers.
Praveg TV is envisioned to carry forward Praveg’s legacy of success by creating its niche in the news
genre. The Channel, which will soon be commencing its journey as a Gujarati News Channel, is
anticipated to transform into a national news channel.
