He may even come out of jail today. Three accused, including Aryan Khan, were granted bail by the Bombay High Court. However, Aryan Khan will also have to accept some conditions. One is that he will not be able to leave the country. If he want to leave the country, he has to need permission from the court.

The Bombay High Court issued a five-page bail order for Aryan Khan in the afternoon. However, he will have to post a bail of Rs one lakh. Aryan has to go to the NCB office every Friday as per the court condition. They will not any permission to make any statement regarding the court proceedings.

The high court granted Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Moonmoon Dhamecha bail on Thursday after a lengthy hearing. Aryan's bail application was heard in the High Court for three days. The investigating agency NCB did its best to prevent the accused from getting bail, but Shah Rukh Khan also raised an army of some senior lawyers in the court. Aryan's lawyers included a senior lawyer named Mukul Rohatgi, Satish Manshinde.
