China not happy with America's Lego Animation video 'Once Upon a Virus'.

Things are heating up after Donald Trump's comments on Thursday, Beijing and Washington locked in a war of words over the origins of the Coronavirus, which has become a global pandemic.

Trump comment Thursday on Coronavirus:

President Donald Trump on Thursday claimed at a White House event that the Coronavirus might have originated from a virology lab in China.

Trump also said that "China doesn't want to see me re-elected". The Chinese Government denied these claims as, "unfounded and purely fabricated out of nothing", further adding, "The US presidential election is an internal affair, we have no interest in interfering in it".

After the video came out on Coronavirus, it looks like China is not happy. China replies sharply on this short animation titled "Once Upon a Virus" by using Lego-like figures representing the two countries. China's official Xinhua News Agency posted it online.

In the animation, red curtains open to reveal the stage, which features two Lego-like figures; one is in the form of a terracotta warrior wearing a mask and the other – The Statue of Liberty.

There is one interesting piece of conversation which may be mocking the USA with echoes of President Trump's press conferences wherein he downplayed the severity of the disease and claim the origins of Coronavirus to be in a virology lab in China.

The warrior says, "We discovered a new virus." The Statue of Liberty replies dismissively," So what? It's only flu."

As the statue begins to turn red, the warrior issues warnings about the virus and asks, "Are you listening yourselves?" The Statue replies," We are always correct, even though we contradict ourselves". The warrior subtly strikes back saying," That's what I love about you Americans, your consistency".

Lego's press office stated in an email, "We weren't involved in making the animation in any way."

China has been accused of misleading the world on the ferocity of the Covid-19 virus by many countries led by the United States.
