The good News comes after TMZ first shared a photo of Jhené, 34, wearing a gray maxi dress and showing a baby bump while out with Big Sean, 34, in Beverly Hills on July 2. Apart from her new toddler, Jhené is also the mother of daughter Namiko Love Browner, 13, from a previous relationship.
News contacted representatives from Big Sean and Jhené for comment but received no response.
The announcement comes nearly two years after Big Sean released his single "Deep Reverence," which referred to the miscarriage. Although he doesn't mention Jhené's name in the lyrics, fans interpret the song as if it were about the couple.
"I have to be a billionaire based on the time I don't take," he raps on the track. "Maybe that's why people are crazy about me, and we lost a baby." The lovers have been together since 2016 and have worked on music frequently throughout their careers, including Big Sean's 2013 hit "Beware" and the 2020 single "Body language."
The pair also appeared as a duo under the name Twenty88 and released an album together in the year they started dating.
During a conversation with DJ Khaled in February 2021, Jhené revealed that the strong foundation she shares with Big Sean makes their relationship unique.
He explains, "Our friendship is solid; that's what makes our relationship what it is, just the basis of true friends getting to know each other on that level."
