The once much in love & lovey dovey Bollywood couple Arbaaz Khan & Malaika Arora are not together anymore is news of the past now but for some reason or the other both these personalities have been in the news ever since they divorced in 2017. They were married for a good 19 years & nobody could have ever imagined them setting their paths apart from each other someday much to the shock of everyone when they announced it a year before getting divorced.

Arbaaz Khan spoke at length in a recent interview about his divorce with Malaika & how their son Arhaan handled & dealt with the crisis.

Arbaaz opened up to a leading portal & said, “When you have a child, it is a very difficult but a necessary step. It had come to a point where this was the only way to go about it to make this equation as okay as possible. My boy was almost 12 at that time, he had a fair understanding. He was aware of what was happening. There wasn’t much to explain to him."

Talking about the custody of their son Arbaaz said that there was no point fighting over the custody of their son which was given to Malaika as the child needs the mother most when he is younger. The actor & filmmaker further added saying that their son Arhaan will soon be 18 years of age & can now know & understand where he wants to be in life & how he wants to be. He said that Arhaan is a lovely boy & that he is always going to be there for him.

On Kareena Kapoor Khan’s show, Malaika Arora also talked about her divorce with Arbaaz. She said that post their divorce in fact, they became better as individuals. Both of them considered every pro & con before taking the big decision to call it quits. Also, both of them were of the opinion that they are better off with each other as it was adding to their unhappiness & was also impacting people’s lives around them.

Arbaaz & Malaika’s personal life has been the talk of the town as reports speculate that Arbaaz is again ready to take the plunge & marry girlfriend Georgia Andriani soon & Malaika is in love with Arjun Kapoor. Their love for each other was recently seen in a picture which Malaika had posted on the New Year’s Eve on Instagram.

Arhaan on the other hand is also reportedly dating Chanel Robinson who is the daughter of Marc Robinson & Waluscha De Sousa.  Marc has been a former model & is now a beauty pageant expert and grooming mentor for models & Waluscha was last seen starring with Shahrukh Khan in the 2016 movie Fan.
